New to diesels

I am deployed right now and just bought a 04 6.0 on leave and I bought an Edge Evolution, K&N FIPK Cold Air Intake, and an MBRP 5 in Turbo-Back. Is there anything else I should get alongside this stuff and will the exhaust fit I've read about the 4 in having clearance issues. I was thinking about ARP head studs but I heard you have to remove the cab to do so is that true, cause I was planning on doing it in the driveway?

I would return the Edge and Cold Air intake and get a SCT tuner with custom tunes and a Edge Insight for gauges. The exhaust will clear plenty of people run 5". You can still do studs with the cab on its just harder due to lack of room but it has been done before. I would replace your coolant with ELC and get a Coolant filter also. Also go over all your fluids

The first big problem I see is the K&N intake. They are known to dust turbos. The stock intake is good up to 500 hp so with a tuner you'll be just fine with that. 2nd the Edge. Tune on the fly hurts your transmission. An SCT with custom tunes will tune your transmission along with giving you the "safe" power. What people are talking about with your exhaust is the 4" down pipe. MBRP doesn't use a 4", they use 3.5" I believe so that shouldn't be an issue. The biggest thing with a 6.0 is gauges. Make sure you know where your motor sits before tuning it. Like the guys above said get a good monitor first. That will tell you how healthy your critical parts are.
