Probably referring to the screen which is under the oil cooler. My last oil cooler kit came with a new screen made out of stainless steel. Regardless of the screen currently in the truck, you should change it. If it wasn't included in the oil cooler kit, the part number is: 3C3Z-6C683-AB and it should be less than 10 bucks.

Oh that screen! haha the long oval looking one under the oil cooler? already got a new one, it was $13 or so. I did not take the HPOP off, thought it might be part of it or something.

Your truck doesn't have it, but the STC fitting (snap to connect) is a weak point on the HPOP (high pressure oil pump).

The FPR (fuel pressure regulator) is an updated spring (longer/stronger than stock) which provides the proper fuel pressure.
