need help with calibration number for ficm

i need to flash my ficm back to the previous calibration. Where would i find the last calibration number of the program or how could i find out what it was. Guy at the shop said he could flash it back just needed to know that number. Took my truck in for hg problems, when they got it all back together they flashed everything with the latest and greatest. Sometimes the latest and greatest aint always best!

what don't you like about the lastest flash?

The latest flash removed an IH strategy which helps prolong the life of the ficm but in turn kills your fuel mileage. So i have been told. It makes sense, since the re flash i have lost about 3 mpg. everything i have read points to this.
