Found a truck in MN I'm interested...but rust concerns?...

I live in the south so I'm not used to any rust whatsoever, and you can spot the cars from the rust belt down here a mile away. Anyway, found an '06 with 80k all in MN from a dealer that I'm very interested in but it worried about the orange stuff. here's a few pics of the underside. The truck does have chrome rocker panels also I'd want to remove and worried there may be rust underneath them. Anyway, would appreciate any opinions.

Doesn't look to bad, but I also live in the rust belt. Nothing a little paiting and sanding can't take care of.

I wouldn't be too worried about surface rust. I have some one my truck and I live in an area that gets 6 whole inches of percipitation a year. Just make sure you can't flake it off.
