What coolant to buy?

I tried searching but there are endless threads about coolant...

I;m doing my head studs next week and I would like to know the choice ELC coolant that you guys prefer.

They have Zerex EC-1 at napa for $20 a gallon and I was thinking about going with that. I'm flushing with restore as well before the job.

Also- how many gallons do I need?

i used the Zerex. There are many types out there just make sure its a ELC and its not the 50/50 mix

CAT elc ec1 is what i switched to an i know a lot of others that have too
