03 6.0 f250 brand new to me

I just got a F250 reg cab 2wd let me just say I love this truck has so much power and the sound it makes just makes you wonder why they put a radio in it but it does have 220,000 miles it has egr delete and a rebuilt turbo I changed the oil and fuel filter checked tranny fluid my question is there anything ekes I should immediately

Oh and ive also been watching the coolent bottle and hasn't moved at all
