muffler removal

I have a 2003 f 250 6.0 It has a cat delete pipe but still has the factory muffler.

Do i replace from the cat pipe back or the whole system.

2003 F250 superduty Crew Cab 4x4 - 4" Rancho lift, Rancho 9 way adjustable shocks, CAT Delete, Royal Purple Synthetic Oil, Royal Purple Transmission and Differintial Fluid, Hypertech Transmission Pan and Differintial Cover, Edge CS Guages, EGT Probe, Dick Cepek 315x75x16, EGR Delete, Roll n Lock Bed Cover, MBRP 4" Turbo Back Exaust, Rev-X, 2005 Grill, Line X Bedliner.

if your changing the muffler out, go turbo back it is and easy cheap upgrade
