I would go with MBRP either 4 or 5". They are extremely well made in canada, and very well priced. There is zero performance difference between them on a truck with stock injectors and turbo, the 5" sounds a bit deeper or so I was told. I got the 4" turbo back and I love it. It was about $200 less than the 5" system so slightly deeper was not worth it for me. I also got a 5" MBRP dual wall tip off ebay for $45.

I personally like the look of the MBRP 4" dual tip exhaust system with the tips exitting under the corners of the bumper at an angle. 4" downtube, no cat, no muff, duals. That's how I'm rolling when I get around to exhaust time.
