afe cold air intake stage 2

having problems throwing po402 on 06 f250 cc4x4 have 5"exhaust with hypertech maxenergy. dealer says egr operates fine but the intake messes up the maf, tried new maf no help. neone have suggestions tks

Go back to stock intake?

The combination of both of these pieces 5" exhaust and aftermarket intake together can cause the maf to not read correct. I know with just the exhaust change it wont throw off the maf, I've talked to many people doing the exhaust change.
