help ! 6.0 headstud part list and install instructions

what would be a good parts list for a 04 f-250 90,000 miles with blown headgaskets.

imagine i will need.

arp studs
oem gaskets,intake gaskets,manifold gaskets.
4gallons of anti freeze
4gallons of oil

going to do the fpr spring upgrade and 6.4 bango bolts also

anything else?

i just did the oil cooler about 2000miles ago along with egr delete . i guess i waited to long to repair the oil cooler.

the oil cooler is within 3 degree unless i go 75-80 then its probable about 5-7 is this normal or could it be clogged already. when below 55 its 1 -2 degree difference

who has the best prices on the arp and the gaskets that i need?

does any one have a step by step on diy stud/gasket install?

what would be easier to pull the motor or lift the cab?

any one have any picture on what needs to come of to lift the cab?

thanks

Have the heads check prior to going through all this.

Your temps look GREAT!

If you replaced the intake manifold gaskets last time, they are probably still good. They are re-useable.

Directions for your studs: read down the list of pdf files. Its there somewhere in the top 1/4 of the looooong page. <CLICK>

Turbo hardware kit should go on the list
If you don't have the updated turbo oil drain and the solid turbo oil feed line (no stainless steel joints), you might add those.

For the stock Ford gaskets (and all Ford factory parts such as the turbo oil lines and the hardware kit) try Tousley Ford. You can't beat them and they know their stuff. Call them @ 800-328-9552. To make it REAL easy to get the right parts, have the last 8 of your VIN ready.

Heres a place selling ARP's for $400. Is that good? I think so. <CLICK>

As far as the cab lift and whats involved, or if it is necessary....I will leave that to those that have done this.
