Good deal or not

I saw a package deal that you get arp studs, egr delete kit, head gaskets, and a oil cooler delete kit for $1299. Is this a good deal?

My other questions is, is it really worth deleting the oil cooler? I've only heard to put studs in and delete or bypass the egr cooler.

Well, that could be a crucial part of the setup. It sounds like a good deal, but I know of someone who went with a competitor's oil cooler setup and it cause his AC to run too warm during summer. He ended up getting the BulletProof oil cooler and his AC worked perfectly. Based on that alone, I would ONLY go with BulletProof for their oil cooler setup.

Yeah, it gets clogged with garbage from the cooling system. While there is debate on exactly WHAT it is that is clogging the stock oil coolers, once it gets clogged, it decreases coolant flow through the EGR cooler, causing the EGR cooler to rupture. It's a vicious cycle. If your EOT and ECT are within 15* of each other, your oil cooler is probably fine.
