Good idea or not?

Looking at an '06 F350 with 188k miles. The truck is a one owner, local trade and all service has been done at the dealer with over $14k in service tickets. Looks like mostly typical maintenance being done along with egr valve replaced 1/27/09, injectors replaced 8/19/09, new batteries in december. It's a crew cab XLT and they're asking $14000.

Just wondering if $14k in service tickets says it's taken care of or if it's a problem truck.
