Ford warranty on doing arps

So called ford asking if they do arps here where I live. The diesel shop here won't cause have egr deleted and the other place is a joke. They said they will but only like one or two guys will put them in the other guys hates them and refuses to do it. Anyway no problem getting it done but they said they can't warranty the work because not ford head bolts. So if i had them do it and get it back and something happend like dropped something in engine or didn't do the job right can I still hold this against them to fix it?
