This time of year in Florida my truck's AC struggles bad...it's the only thing about my PSD that I really don't like!
You guys in Texas have to be feeling the heat as well?

I think I recall seeing an after-market Mod on the net for the AC that was a routing / efficiency fix.
Anyone know of such a thing for the 6.0s?

Put a bypass in the heater hose to bypass the heater core. That will keep the hot air from mixing with the cold air.
