Another head gasket question

I plan on doing this next month. I have a 2003 f350 srw with 155,000.Here is a parts list I have ready for the job.

Victor Reinz head gaskets
Victor Reinz exhaust gaskets
Victor Reinz intake gaskets
Updated oil feed from ford
Updated oil drain from ford
Fuel pressure regulator kit from ford
Turbo hardware kit from ford
Ford oil cooler with updated screen
Powermax
8 injector o rings kits
2 High pressure oil feed tubes

Is there anything else I need to update? (parts wise) Am I missing anything?
Is there instuctions on how to do this job here? Any help is appreciated.

How many miles on the ICP sensor? Check for oil leaking at ICP and the pigtail wire harness, replace the ICP and wire harness if bad.

While you have the engine wire harness disconnected, check over the whole harness for chafing/damage.

The International dealer here in Houston was nice enough to give me the number to the shop that does all their head work. The guy at the shop said it would be around 100 each head with machine work and to check for crack's. That seems like a pretty fair deal to me. But I have never had head work done so I don't know. What do you guys think?
