How many miles on the ICP sensor? Check for oil leaking at ICP and the pigtail wire harness, replace the ICP and wire harness if bad.
http://www.forddoctorsdts.com/articl...icle-10-06.php While you have the engine wire harness disconnected, check over the whole harness for chafing/damage. http://www.forddoctorsdts.com/articl...icle-05-11.php |

I was going to order the studs from brown diesel next week. Is that the best price for studs? The egr delete I was looking at is on ebay. Dicad solutions FORD 6.0L 03-07 EGR DELETE KIT F250-F450 POWERSTROKE - eBay (item 300528615049 end time Mar-02-11 10:18:23 PST) I saw a thread in here ,and the guy said it looked like a good kit. But I also saw this kit 6.0L FORD UNF DIESEL EGR VALVE DELETE KIT - eBay (item 280584225794 end time Mar-03-11 05:45:33 PST) what do you guys think? |

The International dealer here in Houston was nice enough to give me the number to the shop that does all their head work. The guy at the shop said it would be around 100 each head with machine work and to check for crack's. That seems like a pretty fair deal to me. But I have never had head work done so I don't know. What do you guys think? |
