Weird problem

My '05 F250 has developed a strange issue. The last 2 times I had to use the horn , I was awakened at 4 am to a blaring horn. The horn was stuck on and the only way to stop it was to pull the fuse. It was fine after I put the fuse back..until I had to use it again a couple of weeks later. It's not beeping like an alarm indication, just constantly on. One mechanic says it's an issue with the alarm, one says it's the horn button, Ford says it's probably an electrical issue. Any thoughts?
