Hook Replacement Idea!!!

Anyone know anyone who could make a plastic replacement for where the useless hook is on our trucks. Its a perfect spot for a single gauge facing the driver to put your air pressure gauge and or switches for onboard air system. Apparently it jus comes right off cause Ive seen guys swap it with a ash tray. I dont know just a idea.

I had a truck come through the shop one day and the owner took out the plastic hook and fabricated a piece of diamond plate to put there. Then in the diamond plate he put a air pressure gauge for his rear air bags and a switch to deflate/inflate the bags.

I found on another forum through google they call it the F650 dash mod. Evidently the switches and all are out of an F650 and you can pick up the dash piece online.

I'd like to see the engineers when they came up with that...
James: Well we are done with the 2005 superduty interior!
William: No we're not, what are we going to put in that hole?
James: Hmmm, I know! A hook!

+3 on that one lol. On my F150 the trash bag was wraped on the 4x4 shifter but this truck is a switch so the trash bag is there.

I just looked at that F650 mod and im all over that. I would have a place to put my aux switches and my air bag switch and gauge.
