Off the shelf Coolant Filter system Installed today

Here is the system I just installed today. Bought all the parts from various places I.E. NAPA, Fleetguard, local coupling store, and spent about $60-$65 bucks not counting the coolant. Buddy that is jack of all trades fabbed up the bracket and there you have it. No leaks and no issues so far.

$52 12.99/ Gallon x4
$60-65 bucks for the Filter set up.
$35 for VC9.
$33 for Restore.
$22 for new T-stat.
$15 incidentals I.E.distilled water and other small stuff
about $225 for the whole flush and replacement with filter set up.

I guess total savings ain't much, but the satisfaction of knowing it was done right and I did it will have to be my small reward.
