Angry programmer trouble :(

hey guys im having a little trouble with my pos programmer and need some help with it. i have a superchip 1805 programmer that came with the truck when i traded it and last week i swapped the tune over to perfromance because i wanted to see the full to empty fuel milage differnece between the 2 ive alwasy swapped it back after playin around on it. and just yesterday i tried to hook it back up to return it to stock beacuse im about to perchase the sct tunner with an innovative tune and the dam thing wont come on at all i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before with a programmer and know whats going on of if there is something that might be keeping it from coming on. this is the first time ive ever seen or herd of this happening. thanks

And make sure all the pins on the port and the plug are lined up, i.e. none of them bent.
