6.0L tech in central AR?

Does anyone know of a good 6.0L tech in central Arkansas. I'm debating on going with studs before there's a problem and would like to get an estimated price.

I'm in Cabot just north of Little Rock. I have several friends that own/operate a shop, but they have also made comments that my best bet is to get rid of the 6.0L. I'm not sure I want to trust my truck to someone that has that mentality about the motor.

What shop if I may ask? If they don't have extensive experience with 6.0's I wouldn't trust them either. There are a few "tricks to the trade". I'm available to do it CORRECTLY if you're not in a huge rush.
