worked on truck a little
well i replaced my pinion seal a couple weeks ago and so far no leaks. i did not have a torque wrench that went to 450-475 ft lbs so i just marked the nut and washer with the pinion yoke using a sharpie marker thinking if i get it back to the marks it would be as tight as it was before. i used an impact wrench and got it to go past the mark by a hair. i think it will be ok. also did the zoodad mod before going on vacation to florida and i think it really helped the mileage. last year we went and i used a superchips on economy and the best it would do was 14.4. this year i had the same people and about the same luggage and it did 15.5 to 16 using sct perfomance tune and the zoodad. when we got to daytona i put it back to stock and it still did 15 mpg during the week we were there. before the tuner or zoodad the best it ever got was 12 to 13 city and 13.5 hwy. im very happy with this but wouldnt mine seeing another 1 or 2 though.

Sounds good. I need to fix my pinion seal as well. Might have to do that this weekend. Sounds good though. Always better to get higher numbers in the MPG dept.
