Powermax turbo on a stock truck?

Was wondering if there is any benefit of installing a Powermax turbo on a stock truck(stock injectors, stock tune)? My 03 has a straight pipe, egr delete, and studs, but otherwise it is stock. Would I benefit at all from this turbo over the stock one? Thanks in advance for any help.

It would be alot cheaper just to tune it for 150hp... vs the 10-15 your gonna get with the turbo...

Tuning over the powermax on a stock truck will give you the most benefit in any driving situation.
