Contacts at Ford

I would like to talk to some one at ford that has some pull. The dealership i have been taking my truck to in MS has been screwing me around and I'm tired of it, so I was wondering if anyone in the group knows of a contact or anyone above a service manager (with whom I have already spoken) that I could "conversate" with, using the term lightly. Also, I am not going to change dealerships because this one has told me twice that there is nothing wrong with my truck while I continue to have problems. And I think that if I can get them to get off their bums and do something I can get it done faster.

Call the Corporate Ford Customer Relations department. I did when i was having lots of issues with my turbo and EGR stuff. after that i finally got everything taken care of and have had zero issues with those items. my truck has been great. i was getting alot of snotty responses from my service writer, and no help from the service manager until i made the call, after the call i was treated like royalty!! And my truck was fixed right!!!

good luck with that. You want to send a message....email mark fields.

mfields@ford.com dont ask me how I know......everyone on here should email him and tell him if your truck is POS. If you want to have any luck then write it in a way that shows you have been a long time ford owner...owned several diesels...the 6.0L is a pos and you hate to say it but after the experience you have had this will be the last ford you will own. Also say something to the fact that the competition has better trucks. Goodluck

Well that is basically what i had told them, i said that this was the biggest POS i had ever owned, and if i didnt get some sort of satisfaction on the matter i was gonna drive it to the local dealer and set it on fire!!! of course i would never do that but i got my point across. i told them that if they couldnt get their dealerships to hire more competent techs that we were gonna have more issues like this with all vehicles not just the diesels.
