What type of AMSOIL?

Just found a Amsoil dealer close by to me and wondering what oil most are using. I see Amsoil OE Synthetic 5w30 and Series 3000 SAE 5W-30 Synthetic.

Right now i am running 15w40 now but if it get down to 20* i can hear my injectors talking to me so the next change around Nov i will start using 5w40 because these motors push 15 to 18 gallon a minute, i think the 5w30 is to light on the high end because of the shear of the oil by the injectors.
