Tach stopped working
I was in trafic and needed to pass someone. WOT 2-3-4 shift, she was running great! My tach stopped working. Well, at idle it was a 0 and wouldnt go above 800 rpm. I was worred but looked at the Edge Insight and RPMs were still all good. No issues in the way it was running or anything.
Just the cluster acting up? I shut down and restarted, no issues. |

It's just the cluster being stupid. My speedo has stopped working twice when it was cold out. Annoying? Yes. Worth going to the dealer for? No. Whenever it happens I just pull up my speed on my Insight. I guess the '05+ clusters are known for problems in the cold. Oh well.

had a similar tach issue last month. wot run let off and came to a stop and my tach said 2200 at idle. Didn;t seem like it was screaming so I pulled up the rpm's on the insight and they were normal. Started working fine again a couple of days later.
