Yes you sure can. I am running a Sinister egr delete and a Bulletproof Diesel external oil cooler with remote oil filter. Absolutely the best solution for the 6.0 if you have the bucks to do it.

ok well im looking at the external oil coolers from bullet proof diesel. so which is better the condenser mount or the bumper mount?

They pretty much only do condensor mounts these days. It is the better solution and the only one that works with the oil cooler bypass thermostat which I highly recommend. If you do a search on my screen name you will find my install thread with pics.
