new batteries and sct question

hey guys.
Well today i had to put new batteries in my truck . I had my truck back to stock because i was in between finding the right tunes for my truck. So after i installed the batteries and tried install a new tune it wouldnt work. I have the looney wild on my tuner and i tried to install that and it went like half way threw the process and stopped. Whats going on here did the new batteries mess something up. Do i need to disconnect the batteries and try again? Thanks for helping guys

That is bizzare. I have disconnected both my batteries and i was still able to load tunes.

I thought it was weird also. I didn't try to do it again without asking on here. Because I didn't want to take the chance and mess something up
