Exhaust stinking all the sudden

Yesterday I started the truck after sitting only one day and wow . The exhaust smell hit me and made me turn my head fast . The truck has never smelled like this before it's kind of like a wet smell / mothball smell. It really bothers you to get a wiff and did this again after work this morning. No coolant missing the heads have H 11's in there no egr. It just stinks but runs like a champ .

mine does this also. smells sweet kinda cold around 1 yesterday. stock sct 65hp tow tune.

I have never smelt anything like this before. Temps was 56 outside running panty dropper race tune.makes you turn away when you get a wif of it .hard to say what it smells like.

Check your FICM voltage.

Return to stock. Start the truck tomorrow AM while stock. Does it still stink?

Have you checked your exhaust to see if there's any road kill attached? This happened to me in my OBS and I couldn't figure it out. Turns out I didn't avoid an already-killed varmint in the road.

Dave, I just got a new FICM about 4 months ago .
Started the truck up yesterday and this morning after work no smell. I'll set it to
stock and see if it comes back , BUT please don't ask me to drive a stock 6.0 lmao ...

How cold was it yesterday. Race tunes overfuel quite heavily on cold starts below 25 degrees or so. It stinks
