Propane and Nitrous questions

I see these new aluminum and stainless steel elbows for the 6.0 to replace the inlet elbow on the intake manifold.

I automatically thought of a spray bar set up with a spacer block in between the elbow and throttle plate. Can this be accomplished or is there an issue of alignment and or space with respect to connecting hoses?

Is it better to have propane injected pre turbo or post turbo or both and split the psi somehow?

Is it also better for nitrous to do the same?

How exactly does propane work (technical terms and scientific explanations not redneck gibberish even though I'm a redneck )

How does Nitrous work and once again I'll refer you to the above question for terms and explanations.
