How long can I go between changes using amsoil, if I change my motorcraft filter every 5000 or so?

I use the amsoil filter and oil, and expect to get 30k out of it from what I've heard. Their EaO filter is worth it. (not the bypass, just the replacement cartridge). I just send mine off for analysis every 10k, and they tell me what to do.

I'm using the EaO filter in my truck and so far seem to like the filter. Has better construction, and sealing surfaces and the material is completely different than the OEM type filters. As for the oil... WHen i get over 10K on my truck I might try it and see what it's all about. But changing your dino every 5K won't hurt either.
