this is from memory so i hope it works for you.
1. Get in truck put key in ignition and turn to on but dont start it.
2. Leave key on until red light on dash turns off.
3. Once red light turns off plug in then take out (each time in then out counts as one.) 9 times.
4. Red light will flash 3 times, then plug in and take out one more time. After that you should be good to go.

Jayson, you quote on line (3) "Once red light turns off plug in then take out (each time in then out counts as one.) 9 times." I'm not clear on what you are referring to (plug in and take out)?

each time you buckle and unbuckle, wait 2 seconds between each step. go too fast and it won't register

a buckle and unbuckle counts as one time
