Im looking in to a Air Dog and i was wondering if it is worth buy.

I have an Airdog II and it it much better than my old stock HFCM
My fuel psi used to drop to 20-25 psi at WOT and that is with an ITP regulated return.
Then I put on the Airdog and it stays right at 65psi.
And the filters are a LOT easier to change and the are cheaper.

If your stock system is still good, and you have stock inj, no. When you have a bad stock system or upgraded inj, yes.

After my install I could hear the difference in the injector noise. Getting fuel out at the right pressure is key for the injectors. I wish I had a AD150 now versus the AD100 I bought and installed.
