Tow Tune

Hey All,
I am just wondering about towing with the Edge Evolution. I have not towed with it yet. When you use the "tune" do you disengage the "tow/haul" on the shift? I will be towing a camper rated at 2850#

Let me know thanks..

the tow tune for the edge, and the tow haul are two seperate things. The tow/haul mode is for the transmission it allows the trans to downshift to help in aiding deceleration. It also changes the shift curves as well. I dont know the in depth detail, but that is what it does. The tow tune is just a setting edge puts on there chips, it basically not as agressive as the higher setting files ie... level 3-5.

You can use the tow/haul along with the edge tow program. Like Barry said, two separate things. You don't really need tow/haul with that little bit of weight you're hauling, but I like to use it just because it saves my brakes a bit by helping down shift...
