??upgraded fuel pressure regulator??

ok guys i getting all the part together to bullet proof my 2004 F-250. but is there any point in a upgrade in my fuel system? if so what should i get?

Depends on your plans for the truck. Get a fuel pressure gauge so you can se what is going on and do the FPR update. The very first thing you should do is invest in a good monitoring solution like an Edge Insight so you can monitor your ECT and EOT.

Flush the cooling system and change over to a Cat EC-1 rated ELC coolant. Delete the egr if you can. If you can't replace the egr cooler with a Bulletproof Diesel egr cooler.

the insight is on my list of things to get. but i have the edge juice platnuim right now so i can watch my EOT and my ECT. but how will know if i need to upgrade my fuel system and what is the FPR update

Upgraded fuel pressure regulator spring. It bumps up the pressure for the stock fuel system, part # 3c3z-9t517-AG. If the fuel pressure is under 45psi it can kill injectors, over 70psi blow injector o-rings.
