03 6.0 Starter Whir

Well it was 4 Degree's above zero here in Albuquerque this am Didn't think to plug it in were never below freezing it cranked over 4 times almost started then batteries were to low,,2- New Interstate Batteries I put the cahrger on them for an hour or two and now I just get the starter whir like the selenoid is not engaging,plugged it in two housrs ago just gave ia another try same thing ,,Any ideas?

Just warmed up here enough to crawl under and both starter bolts are gone went to the dealer & had to order them,,New one's will get loctited in for sure,,

2 bolts gone? Were they removed before or were they factory torqued?

Well I have owned it 40,000 miles about 2.5 years went to start it weds last week and turned over fine 4 times no start and then backed out, got under it today both Bolts gone,,had to order them from the dealer will be here tomorrow,there are 5-6 threads here with guys with same issue,,better checke em!
