203 degree thermostat...

Anybody run the 203 degree t stat from dieselsite? when I change the ford gold out I am changing the t stat too and was curious if anyone had any insight on this? thanks for the info..

never mind.. Just saw its for the 7.3L Is everyone just running the stock t stat in the 6.0L or is there another one out there? thanks

I think I read somewhere on this site that the 6.0's don't like alot of heat.I'm running stock and I don't know why I would want to run any hotter.

It's a diesel and diesels like heat. With a 203 degree tstat you will get a more complete combustion and burn resulting in a smoother running more powerful, fuel efficient engine.

Unfortunately I haven't seen one for the 6.0. The stock 6.0 is 192*.
