EGR delete yes or no

I have an 04 6.0 and currently looking at a EGR valve delete. Has anyone tried this? I have talked to one person who told me that around 30K his hpop went out, but it may not have been involved with deleting the egr valve. I am looking for any pros and cons any of you my have to offer. Also been shopping for intake elbows so I may trash the stock peice. I have shopped around looking at Banks, AFE, BD Power, and noticed that CFM has developed one, bt not yet released it. Any advice between these?

Lots of people have done egr delete. I can't think of any cons to it. Other then voiding warranty. pfft who needs warranty. lol Not sure about the intake elbow Im sure someone will be along shortly to help you out.

havent heard any negatives about the EGR delete either. also i aviod banks, but that might be just me... and a few other people on the forum too... but i cant speak for them..

Well, if you are over the 3/36000, you have no more warranty on the tranny.
