High idle mod on a 6spd?

Has anyone done the high idle mod on a 6spd yet? Tried to hook it up the same as the automatic but wouldn't work. I tested the switch and it was good. Not sure if its possible but was trying anyway.

I hooked mine up years ago thru the upfitter switch. Works fine. Dont remember the exact wires but it was just a matter of splicing 2 wires together. Parking brake must be set, truck in neutral and needs to be idling at "warmed up" idle speed. It will not work if you try it after first starting the truck when its still "cold".
