Upgraded turbo oil infeed and drain tubes.

I've seen a couple of threads on here about these. I've also seen them on for sale on ebay. So is this an upgrade for all the 6.0's or do the newer trucks already have them. Also whats the benefits of adding them.

I don't know how much better the oil feed line is, but the larger drain tube is a good upgrade IMO. It just helps the oil drain out of the turbo - better flow, better protection, also less chance to blow a seal IIRC.

Look at your feed line if it is a single hard line then you already have the upgrade. The older versions have a short flex section built into the line. The drain line has better bends that help the flow. Seems like they went to mendrel bends for the upgrade on the drain tube.

my 06 built 08/05 had an older style drain. best way of telling the difference is that little tab near the hpop cover hole. you can usually see it looking down past the turbo. this is the drain that came off my truck and the newest drain

i don't know anything about multiple changes in the feed line but i know 03s had a quick disconnect
