F-450 springs

I have an 06 F-350 and was wondering if rear springs off an F-450 would bolt in? Has anyone done this and is there any ride height change? Just looking to gets some added hauling capacity without airbags.

I use the Firestone airbags and love them
My truck has a daily weight or 12,000 lbs and has been loaded up with 3-4,000 lbs of material and it did not even sag.
It also tows a 10,000 lbs dump trailer with no sag.

I thought about airbags but I have a 6" lift on my truck and I don't think airbags would work. I would love to get a pair, but I don't know if anyone makes a set that work with a lift. Thanks for the input. Your truck looks cool with the box painted the factory color!

Do you have a spring lift or just taller blocks?
