fuel pressure regulator

I picked up a 2005 250 and I'm wondering is it worth putting in the updated fuel regulator that is 65psi (part number 3C3Z-9T517-AG) over the previous 55 psi spec, what are the advantages and disadvantages, also would it behove me to go to the lastest idfs version 65.01 over mine, it was last done in 2008 according to the oasis report.
