radiator flush question

Gentlemen, I'm a newbie to your website, but this just what the doctor ordered for me and my truck. I have an 05 f-350 with the evil 6.0 in it. 68,000 miles on it. Going to flush the gold out per all your great instructions andreplace with ELC. One question...You guys say run it for an hour or so between while flushing. Does that mean DRIVE it or sit at IDLE???? Just want to do it right. Thanks POOP

You can drive it or run it at high idle if you have the High Idle mod.
