Possibly buying 05 F350 DRW 4wd Lariat. Question about Oasis report

I am about to purchase a 2005 F350 DRW Crew Cab 4x4 6.0l.

I currently own a 2001 F250 Crew Cab 4x4 7.3l. I love the truck but it is a short bed and I am having a hard time towing my gooesneck. I have done the gooseneck extension off the trailer and the extension in the bed but it still gets into the cab.

I got an Oasis report today on the truck and it had a few small items (power steer pump, WIF module)

It also had a EPB sensor and EGR modulator valve replaced in Sept 2005.

Now for the big one in Jun 2007.

It reads as follows:

Cust comments- Advise on loss of coolant blows white smoke and engine rattles

Tech comments- Verify concern eng hydro locked r&i, all glow plugs compression test found #3&5 low 350 on comp & leaking out of rear of r head r&i heads .005 out of specs, repl both heads, oil cooler, egr co rusted repl turbo all inj orings, reassemble evac & recharge road test turbo no working repl vgt again ok recal control modules per tsb 07 05 04


The truck has 123000 miles on and is in great shape as far as paint, interior, and other cosmetic items. It runs great and sounds fine. We pulled the egr valve and it was dry and had what appeared to be normal look. Coolant level was fine. I asked the lot to not start the truck before I got there and that I wanted it cold. Truck started fine, no white smoke and went to good idle. No sign of oil or liquid leaks.

I am going back in the morning to take a final look at it. My buddy is going. We have a 3866 Genisys scan tool that I am borrowing. I understand how to use it for basic code detection and can get it into the monitoring screens but have no clue what I am looking for as far as levels on the different readings.

Would appreciate any insight on the Oasis report and what else I should look at in the morning.
