Ford Extended Warranty
I have a buddy with an 06 F250 and Ford contacted him just before he hit 100,000 and sold him a extended warranty. He said it was roughly 1700 and they offered zero percent interest at the time.
I have checked their website and I am not finding it. Does anyone have this plan or something similar.? I have a 05 F250 Powerstroke with 83000 miles and starting to think I am getting some injector issues and thinking a extended warranty might be the best bet. Thanks! |

Ford Extended Warranty - Genuine Ford ESP
They are somewhat negotiable, more so if you're also buying a truck. More than likely you qualify for the "extracare" which is still a good package but to my knowledge doesn't cover EGR coolers, Oil Coolers or Injectors. But saving ~$5,000 in a head job makes it worth it. |

This is the plan I have (13 point plan)
Ford Extended Warranty - Genuine Ford ESP I also had it on my 2005. IMHO this is the best money spent on these trucks. On my 2005 I had 2 sets of head gaskets and a set of heads replaced. Thats probally close to $10k worth of work alone. I also have it on my 2007 and will hit 200k right around 2014 so it should be well worth it. |
