03 turbo install
I might be installing a 03 turbo on my 06 and I was wondering what all would be needed besides the turbo to fit right in? do I need to change out anything? what difference can I see at all if any with the change up? What would yall recommend the going rate for a 03 turbo only?

The pedestal needs to be changed as well as the rear bolt is in a different location. Other than that the it should drop right in.

Yup. Turbo and pedestal and it is a bolt in job.

is the '06 different than the '05 ? put my turbo in with '05 pedestal and bolted right up ..but only had spots for 2 of the 3 mounting bolts

You could have got a brand new Powermax for $1200 with no core, sold your old turbo and come out about the same.

Remind me again why the 03 turbo is an upgrade. I have an 03 so I need to know why I can brag about mine.

Just the whistle it produces. Its alot louder than anyother turbo on a 6.0. Put a straight pipe exhaust on your tuck and you'l understand!
