Emission Testing?

I've been looking online and I dont really see any sites that have a good answer for emissions (If it hasnt been done already a sticky thread with all states emissions would be awesome) but i'm moving to Georgia if all goes as planned within a month to the Atlanta area. Does anyone know what emissions are like there? I just have a 4" MBRP exhaust with muffler delete and a sct x3 with a stock tune. Will this pass or should i just temporarily remove the tune?

I would pull the tune just to be safe. It doesn't take that long.
