I'm getting a P0487 and p1000 codes

This is after I installed a Bully Dog Triple Dog.

How long for code p1000 to go away, I have driven for over 500 miles and plenty of cold/hot cycles and these 2 codes are always there.

I traced the p0487 code to egr throttle position and the 05 does not have a egr throttle position valve . The bully dog is for several years and maby other years have the EGR TPS. Will this hurt anything.

Is it normal to always have this code since it does not apply to 2005's or is something wrong with my flash. I had the o5E15 recall and reprogram done at 8/15/06. Should this be the latest flash. Should I go to the dealer or don't sweat it.

Also what does a CUDL, closed cudl contact mean on the oasis report and can you find out what it was. Thanks
