Which Radiator

I'm looking at getting a new radiator, mine in leaking around the top seam. I've been looking at USA radiator. They have two part numbers, one is 2681 and the other is 2961. The 2961 is all aluminun(tanks as well) but only has a 1.75" top hose inlet where the other one is 2". The 2681 has the proper size opening but has plastic tanks. Do you think that 1/4" will make a hugh difference, as I'd personally like to have a 1 piece radiator.

You might want to check with Bulletproof Diesel. They offer an all aluminum radiator. I don't know the inlet or outlet sizes though.

I've seen a number of posts about Mishimoto radiators and intercoolers, sounds like they are good quality and reasonably priced, I think you can also find them on ebay

The Mishimoto has a 1.77 inlet so I didn't include that one.

I found out that in the box both radiators are plastic tanked. They do carry a 3 year warranty. For the price I got I can't beat them.
