holy snow!

Kinda off topic but I live in western mass and let me just say damn! Its been snowing since about 1 am and there is a about 16 inches outside so far and its comming down hard! The weather report says about 3in an hour! Anybody else getting slammed with snow? Cant wait to get outta work and drive home... i will say I plugged my 250 in last night and this morning there was about 8 in on the roof and about 2 or so on the hood so I would say that my motor was nice and warm all night!

I live on the new york mass border and we are getting dumped on as well. went for a ride to pick up oil and filters for my truck and counted 8 cars off the road in a 10 mile round trip.

SE PA here, we got about 6"-8" last nite, had to drive home from work during the storm last nite. As soon as the bus picks up the youngest, I'll be out snowblow'n before heading to work.

Here in North Alabama we got 8". Highly unusual for us. My driveway is 100 yards long and uphill all the way to the road. The F250 couldn't make it as I found that under the snow was about half an inch of ice. My neighbor and I had to go to work with the tractors for about an hour to get rid so I could go to work this morning.

Sure did miss my 4X4. RIP.

My parents and brother live in Hanson, Ma and they said the same thing, like 18 inches or so. I was there for x-mas and it was the same thing. We took the ferry into boston on sunday(day after X-mas) they told us the storm wasn't gonna be a problem for them and sold us round trip tickets. Well when were were done in boston, they never showed up to pick us up or answered their phones. Got stranded, had to take a cab to the T then a bus.

I heard from our local weather guy that 49 of the 50 states has snow, the only one that doesn't have any is florida. even hawaii has snow crazy weather here in utah, we have been in single digits for what seems like forever lately
