I think Power Hungry Performance(PHP) can reprogram it.

VXCF4, VXCF5 are the two flashes they program back too usually from what I've gathered. I have the vxcf4(stock no programmer) flash get about 18-19mpg on the highway at around 70mph.

Doesn't look the one you have is great... ECM and FICM - Power Hungry Performance Forum

no it is not bad at all! I want my mpg back.

What you have to do is call php or go on the website and place an order for them to send their unit out that will re-flash the ECM. For me it took them 4 weeks on the waiting list.

return it to stock, re-flash with the PHP unit. Then if it works out, call the place that made the custom tunes and get new tunes made for the new ECM flash.
